Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (if applicable)
Please note that shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control may occur.

4. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Snuggle Crate is not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Snuggle Crate is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@snugglecrate.ca with:

Clear photos of the packaging and item
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
