At Snuggle Crate, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We may offer full or partial refunds and/or exchange!
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged and not advertised as damaged
If your items is damaged, please take a photo as soon as the item arrives (within 48 Hours) and email it to info@snugglecrate.ca
If you wish to return your item due to change of mind or ordered the wrong item, please get in contact within 10 business days from date received for return address. Customers are liable for shipping costs back to Snuggle Crate and may only be refunded the cost of the product (not the shipping fee)
If you item has arrived in your country and you have not collected it within the time frame of your local postal service, your parcel will be sent back to us - we will only refund you the cost of the items returns (not the shipping fee)
Item must be unused and in original packaging, please keep proof of postage with tracking as we are not responsible for missing items. Once the item is returned we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition before refunding the customer
If your item has been misused or you haven’t followed care instructions, we cannot offer refunds
Our products come with instructions and manuals so please read thoroughly before use

Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
All orders are fulfilled from Canada and shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
When your shipment arrives in your destination country, tracking may transfer to your local postal service for final delivery.
